1. Puppies ~ 7 weeks to 1 year; Smartwork Puppy Program to age 6 months
2. "Basic pup" ~ 6 months of age pup begins formal Basics:
Includes formal Obedience, force fetch/SmartFetch, Basic Handling, Water Force & Swim-by...usually takes 6 - 8 months
3. Transition: Early transition usually begins during Basics with material from Transition Phase 1
4. Mid transition overlaps as a continuation of early transition, and includes material from Transition Phase 2
5. Late transition overlaps as a continuation of mid transition, and includes material from Transition Phase 3
